Ravens Beat Panthers in Steve Smith Bowl!

Written on September 29, 2014 at 12:26 am, by

Steve Smith got his revenge against the Carolina Panthers today as the Ravens dominated the Panthers in all three aspects of the game. Steve Smith made the Panthers look more like kitty cats instead of Panthers. Smith ended up with 2 touchdowns and 139 yards receiving! The Ravens vs Panthers game was a mismatch and the Ravens ended up stomping the Panthers by a score of 28 to 10.

Fantasy Football Tips: Week 4 Players to Start/Sit

Written on September 28, 2014 at 3:36 pm, by

Here are my fantasy football tips for week 4 of the 2014 NFL season:

Players to Start
Steve Smith Sr. – He is fired up and ready to get revenge for getting cut by Carolina Panthers
Antonio Brown – Great matchup and he is a fantasy football stud that you should probably start every week
Ahmad Bradshaw – Good matchup and he is the best RB the Colts have.
Donald Brown – Opportunity for Brown to shine in week 4 with a good matchup.

Players to Sit
Alfred Blue – Arian Foster is going to play today and Blue didn’t do much last week.
Bobby Rainey – Doug Martin is back and Rainey has been having fumbling issues.

Broncos vs Seahawks: Closer Game but Same Results

Written on September 22, 2014 at 2:14 am, by

The Broncos vs Seahawks game ended up with the same team winning that won in the Superbowl and that is the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks vs Broncos game was much closer this time and actually went into overtime. IT was more competitive and wasn’t a blowout like the Superbowl. The Seattle Seahawks dominated the majority of the game but the Denver Broncos came back to tie and send the game into overtime.

Peyton Manning had 303 yards passing and 2 TDs while Russell Wilson has 258 yards passing and 2 TDs as well. Even though the Denver Broncos loss again to the Seahawks, at least they know now that they can at least compete.

Marshawn Lynch won the game for Seattle with a 6-yard TD run on the first possession of overtime. This rematch of the Superbowl was definitely the game of the week.

Final Score: Seahawks 26 Broncos 20

Fantasy Football Tips: Week 3 Players to Sit

Written on September 21, 2014 at 2:06 pm, by

Here are my fantasy football tips for week 3 of the 2014 NFL season:

Players to Sit
Wes Welker – This is his first game back so unless you are starving for a WR, I would sit him against Seattle
Jamaal Charles – He has done nothing so far this season and is recovering from an ankle injury.
Desean Jackson – He would be a risky start as he is recovering from a shoulder injury.
Arian Foster – It has been confirmed that Arian Foster will not play in Week 3

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sucked Eggs Thursday Night

Written on September 20, 2014 at 4:00 am, by

If you watched the Falcons vs Bucs games last night you watched a massacre! The Tampa Bay Buccaneers put forth one of the worst performances I have ever seen in my life Thursday Night! The Tanpa Bay Bucs looked so bad that I was wondering if they were paid to throw the game. The Atlanta Falcons straight kicked their asses the whole game. For a while, I didn’t even think the Bucs were going to score.

I really felt sorry for the Tampa Bay fans who had to endure watching that ass whipping. The Atlanta Falcon fans however were partying like it was December 31st. Matt Ryan had a freaking field day throwing 3 TD passes and got to rest early as the game was well in hand as the Falcons led 35 to 0 at halftime. Devin Hester officially became the greatest returner in NFL history by breaking Deion Sanders Return TD record with his 20th of his career.

The final Score: Falcons 56 Buccaneers 14

Roger Goodell and the Ray Rice Video Scandal

Written on September 11, 2014 at 1:37 am, by

Roger Goodell has gotten a large amount of criticism for his original decision to suspend former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice for just 2 games. Once a video showing what happened inside the elevator when Ray Rice punched and knocked out his current wife Janay went public, Roger Goodell quickly suspended Ray Rice indefinitely.

It appears that the NFL may have already had possession of the video although NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has denied seeing the Ray Rice video before it was recently made public. Some are calling for an investigation into the matter and feel that Roger Goodell should possibly be fired for his negligence in this matter.

Ravens and Roger Goodell Turn Back on Ray Rice

Written on September 9, 2014 at 5:19 am, by

The Baltimore Ravens showed support for Ray Rice early on when he was going through his ordeal with his domestic violence charges. That all changed today when a video surfaced showing Ray Rice punching his wife before they were married inside of a public elevator.

Roger Goodell was catching the heat for only giving Ray Rice a 2 game suspension but that changed today as well when it was announced that Ray Rice will be suspended indefinitely. I mean it was already obvious that Ray Rice had hit her and knocked her out in the elevator so why the sudden rush to enact further punishment? Was the Ravens organization and the NFL just trying to save face? Something smells fishy about this whole situation. What do you think?
