Favre’s Streak Finally Ends
Brett Favre, who is one of the toughest quarterbacks in NFL history, finally ended his streak of 297 consecutive starts today. Favre’s amazing streak of 297 straight starts ended because of his banged-up right shoulder and numb hand which caused him to remain on the sidelines during the Vikings vs Giants game. Trouble in Indianapolis?
The Indianapolis Colts got beat by the Dallas Cowboys this week. Peyton Manning threw 4 interceptions, 2 of them were returned for touchdowns. The Colts are now 6 and 6 and run the risk of not making the playoffs this year. Steelers Win Bloody AFC North Battle
The Pittsburgh Steelers came up big in their will over the Baltimore Ravens Sunday night. Ben Roethlisberger had a bad foot and a bloody broken nose but still found a way to win against a tough Baltimore Ravens defense. Troy Polamalu was also a hero for the Steelers causing Joe Flacco to fumble in the fourth quarter leading to the game winning touchdown for the Steelers.
