Ravens Beat Panthers in Steve Smith Bowl!

Steve Smith got his revenge against the Carolina Panthers today as the Ravens dominated the Panthers in all three aspects of the game. Steve Smith made the Panthers look more like kitty cats instead of Panthers. Smith ended up with 2 touchdowns and 139 yards receiving! The Ravens vs Panthers game was a mismatch and the Ravens ended up stomping the Panthers by a score of 28 to 10. Ravens and Roger Goodell Turn Back on Ray Rice

The Baltimore Ravens showed support for Ray Rice early on when he was going through his ordeal with his domestic violence charges. That all changed today when a video surfaced showing Ray Rice punching his wife before they were married inside of a public elevator. Roger Goodell was catching the heat for only giving Ray Rice a 2 game suspension but that changed today as well when it was announced that Ray Rice will be suspended indefinitely. I mean it was already obvious that Ray Rice had hit her and knocked her out in the elevator so why the sudden

Peyton Manning Throws 7 TD Passes in NFL Season Opener

Peyton Manning Throws 7 TD Passes in NFL Season Opener

Peyton Manning had an incredible game throwing 7 TD passes against the Superbowl Champion Baltimore Ravens defense. If you had any doubts that Peyton Manning is still one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL, you are probably now a believer. The Baltimore Ravens led by Superbowl MVP quarterback Joe Flacco did not look so sharp however. Peyton Manning picked the Ravens secondary apart and the young group of defensive backs looked lost without the leadership of former Ravens safety Ed Reed. The game was close during the first half but Peyton Manning was able to open it up in

Football is Here!!!

Football is Here!!!

Pro football is back as the Baltimore Ravens take on the Denver Broncos tonight in Denver. Due to a scheduling conflict with the Baltimore Orioles, the game will take place in Denver instead of Baltimore. The Ravens have several new faces since winning the Superbowl and Denver has added wide receiver Wes Welker to its arsenal of weapons. The last time these 2 teams met, the Ravens won in double OT 38 to 35. It was one of the best playoff games ever. Hopefully this matchup will live up to expectations tonight.

Did Dallas Cowboys Spend Too Much on Tony Romo?

Tony Romo just got a 6 year deal worth 108 million to stay with the Dallas Cowboys! It is reported that 55 million of it is guaranteed! In other words, Tony Romo got more guaranteed money than Superbowl 47 MVP quarterback Joe Flacco of the Baltimore Ravens. In my opinion, the Cowboys spent way too much to keep a quarterback that doesn’t seem to be able to get them to the promise land. Tony Romo is way too inconsistent and too old for that kind of money to me but if Jerry Jones is willing to spend it then so

Ravens Lose Future Hall of Famer Ed Reed to Texans

Ravens Lose Future Hall of Famer Ed Reed to Texans

The Superbowl 47 Champion Baltimore Ravens has been losing starting players like crazy. The latest lost was future hall of famer safety Ed Reed. The Ravens were unable to match the offer by the Houston Texans due to salary cap issues and the Texans took full advantage. They pretty much rolled out the red carpet to get the veteran safety. Ed Reed is probably the best safety to every play the game. He is a video clip of his Ed Reed’s speech to the Ravens fans in Baltimore after the Superbowl 47 victory:

Superbowl 47: The Harbowl

Many people are calling Superbowl 47 “The Harbowl” because for the first time in history to head coaches that are also brothers will face off in the Superbowl. John Harbaugh, the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens will go against his younger brother Jim Harbaugh who happens to be the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers. This isn’t the first time these two brothers faced each other however. Harbaugh Bowl I took place on Thanksgiving Day in 2011. Here is the video clip showing the last time the Ravens played the 49ers:

It is Going to be Some Good Championship Football Today!

The matchups are set and about to take place. The Atlanta Falcons will take on the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game and the Baltimore Ravens will play the New England Patriots again in the AFC Championship game. Despite the fact Matt Ryan won his first playoff game, Im taking the 49ers to win the NFC Championship game. I’m picking Joe Flacco to get the monkey off his back and the Baltimore Ravens to win the AFC Championship game against the New England Patriots.

Week 7 Game of the Week: Texans vs Ravens

The is the matchup that everybody is waiting to see. The only 2 teams that currently have a winning record in the AFC will face off today as the Houston Texans host the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens knocked the Texans out of the playoffs last year, but the Texans will have a chance to get revenge today. Both the Texans and Ravens have suffered key losses on defense. The Ravens have loss the legendary Ray Lewis for the rest of the season. The Ravens defense will probably have trouble stopping the run as they will have to maintain Arian Foster

NFL Refs Return: Ain’t Nothing Like the Real Thing Baby!

NfL football fans were very happy to hear the good news that the real NFL referees will return tonight as the Baltimore Ravens host the Cleveland Browns. The replacement referees were a joke and caused many NFL football to run longer than usual because they did not know how to manage the game properly. Not to mention all the B.S. calls that were made by the replacement referees. Tune in to watch the Ravens vs Browns game tonight on Thursday night football and celebrate the return of the real NFL referees!
