Atlanta Falcons Blow it! Worst Collapse in Superbowl History

Superbowl experience > Superbowl inexperience Atlanta Falcons really showed their inexperience last night when they blew a 25 point lead in the 4th quarter to lose to the New England Patriots. Tom Brady couldn’t ask for a better comeback winning situation. The Atlanta Falcons are definitely new to this thang they call the Superbowl. If this year taught us anything, it isn't over until it is over… pic.twitter.com/iZwwhchnwZ — SportsCenter (@SportsCenter) February 6, 2017

Roger Goodell and the Ray Rice Video Scandal

Roger Goodell has gotten a large amount of criticism for his original decision to suspend former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice for just 2 games. Once a video showing what happened inside the elevator when Ray Rice punched and knocked out his current wife Janay went public, Roger Goodell quickly suspended Ray Rice indefinitely. It appears that the NFL may have already had possession of the video although NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has denied seeing the Ray Rice video before it was recently made public. Peyton Manning Throws 7 TD Passes in NFL Season Opener

Peyton Manning Throws 7 TD Passes in NFL Season Opener

Peyton Manning had an incredible game throwing 7 TD passes against the Superbowl Champion Baltimore Ravens defense. If you had any doubts that Peyton Manning is still one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL, you are probably now a believer. The Baltimore Ravens led by Superbowl MVP quarterback Joe Flacco did not look so sharp however. Peyton Manning picked the Ravens secondary apart and the young group of defensive backs looked lost without the leadership of former Ravens safety Ed Reed. The game was close during the first half but Peyton Manning was able to open it up in

Did Dallas Cowboys Spend Too Much on Tony Romo?

Tony Romo just got a 6 year deal worth 108 million to stay with the Dallas Cowboys! It is reported that 55 million of it is guaranteed! In other words, Tony Romo got more guaranteed money than Superbowl 47 MVP quarterback Joe Flacco of the Baltimore Ravens. In my opinion, the Cowboys spent way too much to keep a quarterback that doesn’t seem to be able to get them to the promise land. Tony Romo is way too inconsistent and too old for that kind of money to me but if Jerry Jones is willing to spend it then so

Superbowl 47: The Harbowl

Many people are calling Superbowl 47 “The Harbowl” because for the first time in history to head coaches that are also brothers will face off in the Superbowl. John Harbaugh, the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens will go against his younger brother Jim Harbaugh who happens to be the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers. This isn’t the first time these two brothers faced each other however. Harbaugh Bowl I took place on Thanksgiving Day in 2011. Here is the video clip showing the last time the Ravens played the 49ers:

Adrian Peterson: NFL MVP and 2012 NFL Offensive Player of the Year

Adrian Peterson won the NFL’s MVP Award as well as 2012 NFL Offensive player of the Year honors. It was well deserved as Peterson rushed for 2,109 yards, just 9 yards short of Eric Dickerson’s single season record. One year after major knee surgery, the Minnesota Vikings running back won the league’s highest individual honor along with its Offensive Player of the Year award, beating out Peyton Manning. Here is a video clip of some of the 2012 Adrian Peterson highlights: Click here for more Adrian Peterson videos.

Another NFL Player Commits Suicide

Jovan Belcher, a linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs, committed suicide after first killing his baby’s mother yesterday. It is reported that Jovan Belcher shot himself just outside the front door of the Chiefs’ practice facility. He and the woman he killed had a 3-month-old daughter together.
