The say defense wins championships and the team with the better defense won the game. Veteran field goal kicker Nate Kaeding missed 3 field goals for the Chargers. Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers threw for 298 yards but had 2 interceptions. Jets Running Back Shonn Greene rushed for 128 yards and a touchdown. Rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez threw for 100 yards and 1 TD to lead the Jets to a close win. The New York Jets will advance to play the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC championship game. Share this…
