Superbowl experience > Superbowl inexperience Atlanta Falcons really showed their inexperience last night when they blew a 25 point lead in the 4th quarter to lose to the New England Patriots. Tom Brady couldn’t ask for a better comeback winning situation. The Atlanta Falcons are definitely new to this thang they call the Superbowl. If this year taught us anything, it isn't over until it is over… pic.twitter.com/iZwwhchnwZ — SportsCenter (@SportsCenter) February 6, 2017
Superbowl XLVI will be a rematch of Superbowl XLII between the New England Patriots and the New York Giants. The last time these two teams met in the Superbowl, the New Yorks Giants beat the New England Patriots 17 to 14. The Giants were able to keep the Patriots from having a perfect year as the Patriots were undefeated up to that point. Superbowl XLVI will feature the same two great quarterbacks Tom Brady and Eli Manning. The New York Giants have the more balanced team, but Tom Brady is known to play well when he has a chip on
The Pittsburgh Steelers are back in the Superbowl after beating the New York Jets in the AFC Championship. The Steelers will be going after a record 7th Superbowl win today as they take on the Green Bay Packers today. It should be an excellent football game between 2 teams with great defenses.
After an impressive comeback win over the Baltimore Ravens last week, the Pittsburgh Steelers will host the New York Jets in the AFC Championship game today. This will be a battle between two teams who play great defense and like to run run the ball. The winner of this game will advance to the Superbowl to play the Green Bay Packers. I expect the Steelers to pull out a close one mainly because of the home field advantage. Prediction: Steelers 20 Jets 17
Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers offense proved too much for the Chicago Bears today. Despite throwing for two interceptions, the Packers defeated the Bears and will advance to Dallas to play the winner of the Steelers vs Jets game in the Superbowl. The Green Bay Packers are now the NFC Champions. Final Score: Packers 21 Bears 14
After a first quarter that was dominated by the Indianapolis Colts, the Saints finally started marching in. The tides turned when the Saints recovered an gutsy onside kick. Peyton Manning also ended up thowing a crucial interception in the 4th quarter that resulted in a Saints touchdown. Final Score: Saints 31 Colts 17
For the first time since 1993, the top seed in the AFC will play the top seed in the NFC in the Superbowl. The Indianapolis Colts are favored to win but most of America would probably like to see the New Orleans Saints win their first Superbowl. This has the the potential to be one of the highest scoring Superbowl games ever featuring two of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. My prediction: Saints 31 Colts 27
The Saints march on due to a winning field goal kick in overtime. The Vikings fought hard but turnovers and penalties led to their demise. The New Orleans Saints are the NFC champions and advance to play the Indianapolis Colts in the Superbowl. This will be the first time the Saints have gone to the Superbowl. Final Score: Saints 31 Vikings 28
