Although Shannon Sharpe gave a great emotional speech, Deion Sanders saved the best for last when he gave his revealing speech at the 2011 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement on Saturday. Deion Sanders shared how his mother motivated him to take on the persona of Primetime. He said he created that persona so that he could make enough money so that his his mother would never have to work again. The Pittsburgh Steelers came up big in their will over the Baltimore Ravens Sunday night. Ben Roethlisberger had a bad foot and a bloody broken nose but still found a way to win against a tough Baltimore Ravens defense. Matt Ryan Leads Atlanta Falcons to Victory
It was probably one of the best Thursday night football games that I can remember. The Falcons were trailing the Baltimore Ravens with about a minute left on the clock by a score of 21 to 20. Matt Ryan then throws the game winning touchdown and the Falcons go ahead to win by a score of 26 to 21. Although I have never been a big fan of Thursday night football, this game will be a treat for football fans. This could very well be a preview of the Superbowl.
