What Are the Browns Thinking By Trading Trent Richardson?
The Cleveland Browns made news this week by trading their best player running back Trent Richardson to the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts gave up a first round draft choice in return for getting this talented young running back. Don’t expect much from the Browns this year as they now have no star players at all. They weren’t exactly winning with him anyway, but now they’ll be lucky if they can beat anybody this season. The two Manning brothers will be going at it for the third time today. Peyton Manning will be coming off of his record 7 TD pass performance of last week. Peyton Manning get the most respect across the league but Eli Manning has more Superbowl rings with two. The Manning Bowl 3 will be our pick for the game of the week to watch. Peyton Manning had an incredible game throwing 7 TD passes against the Superbowl Champion Baltimore Ravens defense. Pro football is back as the Baltimore Ravens take on the Denver Broncos tonight in Denver. Due to a scheduling conflict with the Baltimore Orioles, the game will take place in Denver instead of Baltimore. The Ravens have several new faces since winning the Superbowl and Denver has added wide receiver Wes Welker to its arsenal of weapons. Did Dallas Cowboys Spend Too Much on Tony Romo?
Tony Romo just got a 6 year deal worth 108 million to stay with the Dallas Cowboys! It is reported that 55 million of it is guaranteed! In other words, Tony Romo got more guaranteed money than Superbowl 47 MVP quarterback Joe Flacco of the Baltimore Ravens. In my opinion, the Cowboys spent way too much to keep a quarterback that doesn’t seem to be able to get them to the promise land. Many people are calling Superbowl 47 “The Harbowl” because for the first time in history to head coaches that are also brothers will face off in the Superbowl. John Harbaugh, the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens will go against his younger brother Jim Harbaugh who happens to be the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers. Adrian Peterson: NFL MVP and 2012 NFL Offensive Player of the Year
Adrian Peterson won the NFL’s MVP Award as well as 2012 NFL Offensive player of the Year honors. It was well deserved as Peterson rushed for 2,109 yards, just 9 yards short of Eric Dickerson’s single season record. One year after major knee surgery, the Minnesota Vikings running back won the league’s highest individual honor along with its Offensive Player of the Year award, beating out Peyton Manning. In what turned out to be a good NFC Championship game, the San Francisco 49ers came back to beat the Atlanta Falcons in the Georgia Dome. NfL football fans were very happy to hear the good news that the real NFL referees will return tonight as the Baltimore Ravens host the Cleveland Browns. The replacement referees were a joke and caused many NFL football to run longer than usual because they did not know how to manage the game properly. Football fans were treated to a rematch of last season’s AFC Championship Game this Sunday night as the Baltimore Ravens hosted the New England Patriots.
